Spring Weather

It is the most perfect weather for playing outside. The Dally's were at Grandmas house so we went over to play too.
Elise and Anna jumping

Then all the kids got on. (almost all)
It cracks me up when they say..."everyone off i'm going to do a flip!"

When Aunt Kristi got back from her meeting we all went up to the reservoir to test out the water. I really thought it would be too cold to get in so I didn't even bring swimming suits - but I was wrong! The kids loved it.
Not very many more weeks until we will have a new baby cousin.

Matthew just wanted to go for a ride.
I guess at certain age (like Kristi and I) the water gets too cold.

Out in the Hills

My original plan was to go to Cannonville for a few days during Spring Break with the kids but that fell through. Then I decided to go to Valley of Fire to camp, the kids love to climb on the rocks but when we got there it was totally full. I don't know what I was thinking - of course it would be full on Spring Break, there were people everywhere. So we drove back to Grandmas house and loaded all our stuff on the Rhino and Wheeler and headed out in the hills.
It turned out to be a great little camping trip.
 The kids ran around.
Popped bottle stoppers. (a cool plant)
The boys built a great fire ring and helped me build a fire.

 Anna setting up the tent.
 Jackson roasting a hot dog.
The kids love playing baseball. Especially Isaac, it's his favorite.
Grandma is such a good sport and loves to go camping too.

Spring Break Fun

To start our spring break off I decided to take the kids to the Shark Reef. Grandma came with us.
We found our way into the parking garage of Mandalay Bay. (Finding our way out wasn't so easy.)
 Going down the elevator.
The kids loved seeing all of the cool animals.
 A Komodo Dragon
Jackson wanted to get in with him I guess.
 Huge fish!
Most of my pictures turned out horribly in here, but better than nothing!

In the shark tunnel.
They let you actually touch the sting rays. It was very cool.

 Jackson was the bravest.
They jelly fish reminded us of  Finding Nemo.

 A Lion Fish
At the end you go down into the bottom of a sunken pirate ship.
Very fun.
