Anna's 2nd Birthday!!

Today my baby girl turned 2, I can't believe how big she is getting.
She loves to play with toys.
 She loves music.
She loves to play with her cousins.
She loves her new baby cousin Johnny.
 Make a wish!
 Happy Birthday to You!
Opening presents. Anna's Brothers were a very big help with opening Anna's presents.
You can see Jackson over in the corner there starting on the next one.
Now he's got little Luke helping him. Anna loves books.

Then the last present was a new pink BigWheel!
She's thinking, "okay let's get this thing going!"
So we got out the instructions. At first she thought her bike was broke.
But Grandpa and I finally got it put together and she loved it!

 Cutest Momma's.
The big boys playing games on Grandpa's kindle.
 Cutest picture of the Lukester.
Grandma got Anna the Tangled Doll.
And of course, the pink cake.
Emma finally got her turn on the bigwheel!

And then of course, Anna wanted to play her violin.
A family party wouldn't be a family party without Grandma and Grandpa Whitney there.
Grandma accompanied Anna.
We got a great picture of all 14 Nelson Grand Kids.

Pine Valley Camping Trip

My cousin Emily invited me and my kids to go camping at Pine Valley with them. It was their annual Whipple reunion but we joined in.
Emily pulled her trailer up and she brought our cousins Hans and Knox with her.  So we had 5 boys and 1 girl and they had so much fun playing.
 Jackson swinging on the hammock
Isaac always hammers in the stakes for me.
 Jackson going in.
It is so so beautiful there and they have built a neat path that goes down to the river. We took lots of hikes on the path.
 Me and Anna
 Jackson
Dillon went straight to the river and jumped in, his Mom had to jump in and rescue him.

No matter where we go as long as there is dirt the boys have fun.
It was perfect weather - a little chilly in the mornings.
Another hike up by the reservoir.

Jackson, Anna and Isaac on the deck at the reservoir.

 This picture cracks me up.
Jackson and Knox had fun playing together.
Boys doing what boys do best.
 Kickin back.
We told the kids that the water is super cold, that it is just melted snow of the mountain, but they didn't care they still wanted to swim. They kept telling us, "it's warm!"
