Tree Burning

My friends Josh and Wendy just bought a new house in Moapa and we figured what better way to break it in than to have a BBQ and Christmas tree burning party there. Dustin loaded up our Christmas trees and hauled them over.

 I remember doing this as a little girl in the Logandale church parking lot and everyone in the ward would throw their trees on. This was an awesome fire with just a couple trees. 

 The kids loved it. We had to scoot our chairs way back - our faces were burning!

 It looks like it's snowing but it's just ashes and burning embers from the fire.

 Such a fun night!

Christmas Dinner

My Mom and Dad invited us all over for Christmas dinner.

 Anna loves to play "Tugga Tugga Stop Stop" for everyone.

 This year for Christmas Kristi got a new violin! We wanted to try it out and make sure it was the right one for her so we played music for a few hours. My Mom invited, Mr. White, to Christmas dinner - he is the Middle School orchestra teacher and a great violinist.

 My Dad was playing the guitar with us on the first round, he must be playing with the kids now.

Opening Christmas Presents

 Isaac got a neat "Light Designer" from Santa.

 Anna got a big Cowgirl doll with a horse.

 Jackson got a castle and got it all set up first thing.

 They also got some neat remote control cars from Grandma and Grandpa.

 Anna and Jackson got bike helmets.

 The boys played and played with their new cars outside. It was a beautiful day.

 We played baseball with our new baseball set. 

 Anna is always making funny faces. 

Isaac also got a new Frisbee and loves to play.

Kindergarten Christmas Program

Isaac's Kindergarten class did a little program for Christmas. They learned some cute Christmas songs and did some cute actions with them. 

 Isaac did a great job at learning the words and singing.

They passed around a little microphone and each one of them said what Christmas means to them. (ahhh! now I can't remember what Isaac said......but it was good!)
