Easter Egg Painting

Time to color eggs!  We all gathered at my parents house to paint eggs together. How nice to have them come home right before Easter.  Perfect timing.
This is Isaac setting up the dipping bowls.
Isaac, Estefan, Will and Caleb making their masterpieces.
Big Cowboy Mark
In this picture it looks like Jackson is coloring eggs.
The rest of them show what he really did...
Licked them, sucked on them and whatever else he could do to taste the pretty colors.
Funniest boy.

Long Awaited Day

On April 21st my parents arrived back home from their 18 month mission in Texas. What a wonderful day. We are so grateful for the service that they gave and the good people that they are but we are sure glad to have them back here in Nevada with us.
Elise and Missy

My wonderful Grandpa Whitney. One of the last good ol' cowboys left. (in my opinion)
Stan Hardy and Dad didn't waste anytime getting back to their story telling.
Jackson and Grandpa Jack
How nice to have a Grandpa around once again.

Now these are the things we missed! That's what hangin' out with Grandpa is all about.
Beautiful sister and sweet baby Luke.

Silliest Boy Ever

Jackson really wants to be just like Isaac and wear underwear. One morning I came into my room and he looked like this!

I wasn't even trying to get him to pose. Silly boy.

Camping at White Rock

This weekend we went camping at White Rock with the Jensen family.
They have two boys and a girl and so do I, all very close in age.
We took the rhinos so we could go on a ride. But of course Josh took us on the most insane almost horrible trail I have ever been on. He said it was the worst he's ever been on too. Maybe it used to be a trail but it's not anymore. Once we got to a certain point we didn't want to turn back and go back over some of those crazy obstacles again so we kept going. I know it took us at least 4 hours to do the loop. I wish i would have taken some pictures of what we were going over but i was busy driving and trying not to kill the kids. I made them get out and walk lots of times when I wasn't quite sure if I would make it. Wendy ended up holding both babies because there was no way we could drive over some of that stuff while holding a baby. It was adventure to say the least!
Look at those cute little girls. Anna and Tenly are only 12 days apart.

And Tenley's cute momma Wendy.
We were so happy when we got back to camp and could start making our dinner.
We made dutch oven potatoes, chicken and cobbler. Always tastes good when your out camping.
The kids had a great time running around.
Isaac, Tag and Ty
We had a nice fire, and Wendy brought smores for the kids to roast.
My Boys.
Cute little Tenley.
Preparing food.
Josh's job.
Finally in bed all snuggled up and asleep. Me and the kids slept in a tent in one giant sleeping bag. I took a picture of them after they fell asleep. They boys slept good all night.
This is Anna asleep in her pac n play. She stayed asleep till 2:30 am, I don't think she liked the cold wind coming through the tent. So then all 4 of us were snuggled up in the big sleeping bag. Not much sleep but definitely a fun camping trip.
